Diversify Beyond the Chair:
A Business-Building Retreat for Therapist Entrepreneurs & Practice Owners Ready to Create New Revenue Streams
April 25-28, 2027 |Â Las Vegas, NV
A 4-Day, Hands-On Retreat to Help You Build Your Next Revenue Stream With Confidence
The Diversify Beyond the Chair Retreat brings together a curated group of 30–40 therapist practice owners who are ready to expand beyond 1:1 sessions — and want a clear, ethical, sustainable path forward.
This is not a conference.
This is not a giant ballroom.
This is not a “sit, listen, and hope it helps” event.
This is an intimate, high-touch experience where you will actually:
✨ Explore multiple revenue streams
✨ Learn directly from therapists who have successfully diversified
✨ Start mapping and building your next offer
✨ Get real-time feedback from experts
✨ Develop a plan you can execute with confidence
✨ Build relationships with other therapists walking the same path
By the time you leave, you’ll know exactly what your next revenue stream will be — and how to bring it to life.
Testimonials From Diversify 2026
"From the moment it began, everything felt intentional and elevated. The presentations were top-notch-thoughtfully curated, impactful, and aligned with exactly where I am in both life and business.
I left feeling recharged, clear, and more connected to my vision than ever. This wasn’t just an event-it was an experience that poured into every part of me."
— Julia
"The retreat provided a unique opportunity to learn from other professionals who have acted on their goals to provide for clients and diversify their income. It is a safe space to be vulnerable to have your ideas and goals heard and validated by peers. I am excited and motivated by the friendships I made. They are like a family that I know will be there for me as I will for them. Finally, it is great to be provided time to enjoy Las Vegas."
— Jason
"The retreat was an incredible experience to learn more on ways to diversify the business and streamline of income supports. If you are a business owner and believe you have more inside you, yet unsure of how to expand or where to begin....this conference is for you. The speakers are well informed and paved away to share their knowledge with other therapists that have a fire to do more for their community, others, and their business."
— Rhea
"This was such an inspirational experience with amazing speakers, wonderful participants, and incredible staff! All of the people and support really helped me bring myself and my ideas forward. The array of what everyone is doing, thinking about, and creating brought forth an energy that energized my own parts to create more of a guide that feels manageable. Taking the time to invest in ourselves, slow down, reflect, dream, and work on our own road maps was so needed and I am excited to see how things progress. Thank you all so much!"
—Javin
"I signed up for this retreat not knowing anything about Rachel Bentley, or the Diversity Beyond the Chair Retreat. I am at a cross-roads in my therapy career, feeling like the 1x1 model I have immersed myself is not sustainable. I have felt my body tell me loud and clear that I need to make a shift. I saw Rachel's marketing on social media and felt the timing was important and not a coincidence. I came for inspiration and found it. Not only did I get some ideas, but I met people who exude confidence and encouragement to do things differently. Thank you Rachel and team. I enjoyed my experience."

The Mental Health Industry Has Changed. Your Income Strategy Should Too.
If you're like so many therapist entrepreneurs & Practice Owners that I work with, you've hit a point where:
- You're seeing the industry shift—insurance changes, private equity consolidation, market saturation—and relying on a single income stream feels increasingly risky
- You have big ideas about coaching, consulting, courses, speaking, podcasts, or group programs—but you're not sure where to start or how to turn ideas into action
- Your energy for endless one-on-one sessions isn't what it used to be, and the thought of maintaining this pace long-term feels unsustainable
- You're passionate about multiple things and want your business to reflect the breadth of your expertise and interests
- You want to do more—you just need a clear roadmap and support from people who've actually done it
Maybe you've thought about diversifying for months (or years) or maybe this is a new idea..
But the jump from "therapy" to "something new" can feel overwhelming without guidance.
And honestly?
You shouldn't have to figure it out alone.
That's why we created this retreat.
Whether you're a solo/group practice owner looking to add new services under your practice umbrella (so profitability doesn't depend solely on insurance reimbursement or individual clients' ability to pay) or a therapist entrepreneur ready to build an entirely separate business (where you can be creative, follow your passions, and potentially earn more while seeing fewer clients)—this retreat will give you the clarity, roadmap, and community support you need.Â

Meet Your Retreat Host:
Rachel Bentley
(Therapist Business Owner and Las Vegas Enthusiast)
I cannot tell you how excited I am to be hosting and speaking at Diversify Beyond the Chair!Â
If you've been in the therapy world for any length of time, you already know the truth: Seeing a high caseload week after week, year after year, is not sustainable.
Insurance-based therapists are navigating ever-tightening requirements, denials, and shrinking rates. Private-pay therapists face constant pressure to market, fill caseloads, and maintain income stability. No matter your model, we all eventually reach the same realization:
There has to be another way.
As both a group practice owner and the founder of Next Level Private Practice, I hear the same longing over and over—therapists want more freedom, more creativity, more financial stability, and more ease. We want options. We want to build something that supports our nervous systems, our families, and our long-term futures.
Here's the kicker: most of us were never taught how to own a business, let alone how to diversify one.
That's exactly why I built Next Level Private Practice—and why this Diversify Beyond the Chair retreat exists.
Meet our Retreat Speakers Who Diversified Beyond the Chair:Â
Each retreat speaker began as a therapist — and built thriving, profitable revenue streams outside 1:1 therapy.
