You'll leave the retreat launch ready, with your offer, your price, your pitch, your first invitation and a launch date. The Momentum Circle is where you actually go live, with protected time, real coaching and a crew who will keep you moving.
You don't have to do this alone. The retreat gives you everything you need to build. The Circle is extra support for the launch, for anyone who wants company on the next stretch of road.

Each month has a focus, and every call meets you right where you are. Your launch might be a beta group, a pre-sale, a workshop or a pitch to an organization. It all counts!

3 live coaching calls (2 hours each)
Hot seat coaching on whatever is in front of you, from pricing and pitching to marketing and mindset. Coaching calls are recorded.
3 accountability and coworking sessions (90 minutes each)
Protected time to actually do the work. Check in, build alongside your crew, and bring questions to live question breaks.

Want the Circle on its own?

Since 2026
Back for its second year
Our first Momentum Circle met from May to July 2026, right after the 2026 Diversify Beyond the Chair™ Retreat. A small group of therapists brought their ideas, built them together and kept each other moving long after we left Las Vegas.
For 2027, the Circle is new and improved. Everyone arrives launch ready from the retreat, so we spend all 90 days on getting your offer out into the world, with longer coaching calls and guest support during launch month.
Questions
Do I need the Circle to finish what I started at the retreat?
Not at all. The retreat is complete on its own, and you'll leave launch ready. The Circle is extra support for the launch itself, for anyone who wants coaching and a crew along the way.
What if my offer isn't ready to launch in May?
That's okay! A launch can be small, like a beta group, a pre-sale, a workshop or a pitch to one organization. We'll help you find the version you can get out into the world in these 90 days.
What if I miss a call?
Coaching calls are recorded, so you can catch up anytime. Coworking sessions aren't recorded, and you're welcome to drop in for part of a session.
Is this therapy?
No. The Circle is small group business coaching. We'll talk about the parts that show up when you launch, but the focus is always on your business.
Are CE hours included?
No. The Momentum Circle doesn't offer continuing education hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, refunds are available through Monday, May 10, 2027, the day before the Circle begins. After that, we're not able to offer refunds.
