Four Days to Build Your Next Revenue Stream With Confidence

The Diversify Beyond the Chair™ Retreat brings together a small group of up to 40 therapist entrepreneurs who are ready to expand beyond 1:1 sessions and want a clear, ethical, sustainable path forward.

This is not a conference.
This is not a giant ballroom.
This is not a “sit, listen, and hope it helps” event.

This is an intimate, high-touch experience where you will actually:

✨ Explore revenue streams that fit you, your strengths and the ceiling you've hit
✨ Learn directly from a team of 12 in your corner: 6 therapists who have successfully diversified, 5 expert partners and your host, Rachel Bentley
✨ Choose your next offer and start building it
✨ Spend a full Implementation Day building, with speakers and expert partners right at your table
✨ Get real-time feedback on your offer as you build it
✨ Build relationships with other therapists walking the same path
✨ Leave with your Launch-Ready Kit (a plan you can execute with confidence)

By the time you leave, you’ll know exactly what your next revenue stream is, and you will have what you need to launch it.

Every 1:1 practice hits a ceiling

When all of your work happens one session at a time, the ceiling can show up in a lot of ways:

  • Income
  • Capacity
  • Freedom
  • Creativity
  • Connection
  • Impact
  • Growth

And the industry keeps shifting under all of us: insurance changes, private equity, market saturation. Relying on one income stream feels riskier every year.

That's the ceiling. Here's the road beyond it.

The Road Beyond the Chair™

The framework we use to build past the ceiling, one stop at a time.

We meet you wherever you are on the road and help you get launch ready.

Come with an idea, or find yours here.

What You'll Gain:

Clarity

Identify the best revenue stream for you — aligned with your strengths, expertise, and season of life.

Your Launch-Ready Kit

Walk away with a step-by-step plan and the tools to bring your new offer to the world.

Confidence in Your Future

No more fear of the next insurance change or burnout cycle. You'll have income options and the skills to build sustainably.

Mentorship From Those Who've Done It

Every speaker started as a therapist and built something bigger — and they'll show you how they did it. Our expert partners are also there to help you dream big and build your next revenue stream.

Implementation Time

This isn't just learning. You will start building at the retreat with support from speakers and expert partners.

Community

Leave with new business friends, collaborators, and accountability partners who truly get it.

Meet our 2027 Retreat Speakers Who Diversified Beyond the Chair:

Each retreat speaker began as a therapist — and built thriving, profitable revenue streams outside 1:1 therapy.

Meet Our Expert Partners

Expert Partners are established practitioners and business owners whose work directly supports therapist entrepreneurs in building and growing income streams beyond 1:1 therapy. You'll meet our expert partners on Day 1, and they'll be right at the tables with you on Implementation Day.

Rhonda Estling, LMFT, owner of The ADHD Dopamine Collective, LLC

I'm Rhonda Estling, an LMFT and ADHD specialist who built a multi-stream business using the exact brain that makes most business advice fall apart. I run a private practice, host the ADHD Dopamine Collective podcast, sell a digital course, and train other clinicians through approved continuing education, and I did all of it while managing my own executive function. What therapists can work through with me is how to design income streams that fit how their brain actually operates instead of forcing themselves into a linear system built for someone else. For multi-passionate clinicians the problem is almost never a shortage of ideas. It's the follow-through and the guilt about not picking one lane, and that's exactly what I help people untangle.

Melissa Rosinski, LPC, owner of Wild Haven LLC

I’m Melissa Rosinski, LPC, a group practice owner, clinical supervisor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and international retreat host based in Tucson, Arizona. I approach my work through a somatic and nature-based lens, helping people reconnect with themselves, one another, and the world around them. Through Wild Haven LLC, I help therapists create retreats, workshops, and other experiential offerings that expand beyond the traditional therapy room while staying aligned with their values, skills, and clinical expertise. I’m passionate about helping clinicians turn their unique interests and life experiences into meaningful income streams, so they can build businesses that feel more creative, sustainable, and fulfilling.

Emily Hammons, owner of Lemon Grove Content Creation & Design

Emily Hammons is the founder of Lemon Grove Content Creation and Design, a marketing agency she built from one client on the side in 2023 into a team now serving fifteen-plus therapist-entrepreneurs, handling everything from social media to virtual assistant support to website design. Before Lemon Grove, she worked in-house at a therapy group practice, so she already speaks the language most marketers fumble.

At DBTC, Emily is bringing the piece that gets skipped when therapists build a new offer: the marketing behind it. Therapists who work with her leave with a plan for the platform, the content, and who's actually going to run it, so the new offer builds momentum instead of becoming one more thing on their plate.

Sarah Czopek, LCPC, owner of Revenue Rich Therapist

Sarah Czopek, LCPC is a licensed therapist and the founder of Grace & Gratitude Counseling, a group practice she scaled from a solo caseload in 2020 into a multi-therapist practice generating over $1M in annual revenue. She's also the founder of Revenue Rich Therapist, where she coaches established clinicians on building income beyond the 1:1 session — and she's not shy about calling out the lie that wanting financial stability makes you a bad therapist. Sarah has helped clients go from "no idea where to start" to fully booked intensives and premium offers, often in a matter of weeks, using the same framework she'll bring to DBTC: get clear on your buyer, own your worth, build the right offer, and actually close the sale. Therapists who work with Sarah don't just leave inspired — they leave with pricing figured out, an offer mapped, and the sales skills nobody taught them in grad school to go make it happen.

Meegan Tiffany, LCMHC, Co-founder of ilumenIQ

I'm Meegan Tiffany, a fellow therapist and group practice owner in Charlotte, NC. I'm also a cofounder of ilumenIQ, a practice intelligence platform for practice owners. For years I made real decisions about my practice's future based on a bank balance and a feeling, because the actual answers were scattered across various systems: an EHR, a billing system, accounting software, payroll, and a pile of spreadsheets. I couldn't seem to get a clear bird's-eye view of whether my practice was truly healthy. So, I set out to build the thing I wish I had.

What I can work through with therapists at the retreat is how to know your practice well enough to take your attention off it. Building something new means less of you in the chair, and that's much easier to be intentional about when you can see what's carrying you, what isn't, and how much room you have to shift your time elsewhere.

What Therapists Said About the 2026 Diversify Beyond the Chair™ Retreat

"From the moment it began, everything felt intentional and elevated. The presentations were top-notch-thoughtfully curated, impactful, and aligned with exactly where I am in both life and business.

I left feeling recharged, clear, and more connected to my vision than ever. This wasn’t just an event-it was an experience that poured into every part of me."

— Julia

"The retreat provided a unique opportunity to learn from other professionals who have acted on their goals to provide for clients and diversify their income. It is a safe space to be vulnerable to have your ideas and goals heard and validated by peers. I am excited and motivated by the friendships I made. They are like a family that I know will be there for me as I will for them. Finally, it is great to be provided time to enjoy Las Vegas."

— Jason

"The retreat was an incredible experience to learn more on ways to diversify the business and streamline of income supports. If you are a business owner and believe you have more inside you, yet unsure of how to expand or where to begin....this conference is for you. The speakers are well informed and paved away to share their knowledge with other therapists that have a fire to do more for their community, others, and their business."

— Rhea

"This was such an inspirational experience with amazing speakers, wonderful participants, and incredible staff! All of the people and support really helped me bring myself and my ideas forward. The array of what everyone is doing, thinking about, and creating brought forth an energy that energized my own parts to create more of a guide that feels manageable. Taking the time to invest in ourselves, slow down, reflect, dream, and work on our own road maps was so needed and I am excited to see how things progress. Thank you all so much!"

—Javin

"I signed up for this retreat not knowing anything about Rachel Bentley, or the Diversity Beyond the Chair Retreat. I am at a cross-roads in my therapy career, feeling like the 1x1 model I have immersed myself is not sustainable. I have felt my body tell me loud and clear that I need to make a shift. I saw Rachel's marketing on social media and felt the timing was important and not a coincidence. I came for inspiration and found it. Not only did I get some ideas, but I met people who exude confidence and encouragement to do things differently. Thank you Rachel and team. I enjoyed my experience."
— Mel

Meet Your Retreat Host:
Rachel Bentley
(Therapist Entrepreneur and Las Vegas Enthusiast)

I cannot tell you how excited I am to be hosting and speaking at the Diversify Beyond the Chair™ Retreat!

If you've been in the therapy world for any length of time, you already know the truth: Seeing a high caseload week after week, year after year, is not sustainable.

Insurance-based therapists are navigating ever-tightening requirements, denials, and shrinking rates. Private-pay therapists face constant pressure to market, fill caseloads, and maintain income stability. No matter your model, we all eventually reach the same realization:

There has to be another way.

As both a group practice owner and the founder of Next Level Private Practice, I hear the same longing over and over—therapists want more freedom, more creativity, more financial stability, and more ease. We want options. We want to build something that supports our nervous systems, our families, and our long-term futures.

Here's the kicker: most of us were never taught how to own a business, let alone how to diversify one.

That's exactly why I built Next Level Private Practice—and why this Diversify Beyond the Chair™ retreat exists.

Why Vegas?

2025 marked my 30th year of visiting Las Vegas, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this city has my whole heart.

It all started when I was 17. I stepped off the plane and the second I walked outside that airport, I felt it. The energy. The possibility. The freedom. I knew immediately that Vegas was my place.

Here's what people don't always understand about Vegas - yes, there's gambling and yes, there's free-flowing alcohol 24/7, but that's honestly not what keeps me coming back. What I love is that on any given day, at any given time, you can do absolutely anything you want... or nothing at all.

My favorite parts? The thousands of incredible restaurants. The high-quality shows. The sightseeing and people watching. Watching the Bellagio fountains at night, visiting the Conservatory as it changes with each season, sipping coffee at Urth Caffé at the Wynn, taking in city views from rooftop bars, riding real gondolas at the Venetian, exploring the chandelier bar at the Cosmopolitan, seeing The Sphere, walking Fremont Street to experience where it all began.

And I cannot not mention the spa scene. Each Vegas hotel provides a tranquil, relaxing space that you could literally spend all day in. If you love to go to the spa (or maybe you've never been but are curious), I highly recommend it.

I've celebrated birthdays there. I've seen Adele, Elton John, Garth Brooks, and N*SYNC perform there. I still find new things that amaze me every single time.

When I was planning this retreat, I knew exactly where it needed to happen. Vegas has this energy of possibility, of reinvention, of people showing up as their fullest selves.

Travel & Lodging

Tuscany Hotel

I chose The Tuscany very intentionally for this retreat.

It's an off-strip resort (just a 15-minute easy and safe walk from the Strip) that offers something most Vegas hotels don't: peace, quiet, and serenity. This is a place where you'll actually have the time and space to reflect, process, and build real community with other attendees.

Here's what makes The Tuscany perfect for our retreat:

The resort has everything you need right on the premises—restaurants, entertainment, bars, a casino—but on a smaller, more intimate, and more affordable scale than the massive Strip properties. You're not overwhelmed. You're not overstimulated. You can actually think and breathe.

The room rates are incredibly reasonable for such a beautiful resort this close to all the action. You get the benefit of a peaceful retreat environment without sacrificing access to everything Las Vegas has to offer.

You could honestly stay at the resort the entire time and never get bored—it has everything you need. Or, you can hit the Las Vegas Strip every afternoon and evening once the retreat sessions end and experience all the restaurants, shows, and energy the city is known for.

Need a break during the day? Step out whenever you need to. Every nervous system is welcome here, and you never need to ask.
