Filling Your Caseload: How to Know Your Niche, Own Your Message, and Build Referral Relationships That Actually Work

If you're anything like me, marketing can feel like the last thing you want to think about. We got into this field to help people heal, not to become copywriters or SEO experts overnight! But if I'm being honest, a full caseload doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you know exactly who you help, you can say it clearly, and you've built real relationships with the people who send you clients.

That's exactly what we're digging into this month with my friend Kat Love.

Kat's story is a powerful one. Therapists helped her heal from childhood sexual abuse, and that experience led her to this work. Now she specializes in websites and marketing for therapists, helping them find the right words, build stronger referral networks, and finally get off the hamster wheel of chasing clients so they can focus on what they do best.

In this session, we'll cover:

  • Knowing your niche: how to get specific about who you help (and why that specificity is what actually fills your caseload)
  • Articulating your work: finding language for your website and marketing that sounds like you and speaks directly to the clients you want
  • Building ongoing referral relationships: how to create real, sustainable partnerships with referral sources instead of one-off networking

Kat put it best when she said her whole mission is to help "the most coolest people doing the most importantest work." Honestly? Same. This is a session for anyone who's ready to stop feeling awkward about marketing and start feeling confident about it.

Come with your questions, we'll leave time to talk through what's going on in your practice right now.
